On the day I was born, I was thankful to emerge from my mother's womb into the added light that helped me read the book clenched in my tiny little fists! My love of reading eventually led me to write. My first novel , The Gardener (paranormal fiction) was a finalist in the Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers Colorado Gold contest and was later self-published. After that, I wrote a short zombie apocalypse novella, Eaters: The Beginning, and its sequel, Eaters: Dark Journey. As I was working on the third installment, I was offered a contract with Permuted Press to publish the entire story as a single novel. It is now available as an e-book, paperback, and audio book through Permuted Press, Amazon, and Barnes and Noble. All kinds of stories frequently pop into my brain. So, instead of immediately working the sequel to Eaters, I detoured into young adult fiction with the paranormal romance, Vampire Music. My current work in progress is the sequel to Eaters, tentatively titled, Eaters: The Resistance.
